This notice explains how Thai AI Property collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data when you use this website, open our booking link, or contact us about a website or software project.

We use personal data only for clear business purposes, including responding to enquiries, arranging discovery calls, preparing project discussions, and operating the website.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Thai AI Property is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and contact paths.

For privacy questions, data access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or other data-right requests, contact: rugbykritsakorn@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through our contact paths and Google Appointment Schedule. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, brand or project name, business location or service area, website URL, social media URL, project interest, notes, selected meeting date and time, time zone, and related booking details.

The website stores your language preference in your browser localStorage so the site can reopen in the same language.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website.

3. How we collect data

Most personal data is collected directly from you when you use the Google Appointment Schedule, contact us, or communicate with us by email or meeting invite.

Some technical data is created automatically when the website needs to remember your language preference or route you to the booking link.

4. Why we use data

  • To respond to enquiries and understand your business, website, booking, lead capture, or software needs.
  • To route you to Google Appointment Schedule, arrange discovery calls, and prepare for meetings.
  • To manage scheduled calls and follow-up communication.
  • To keep the public website and related systems reliable.
  • To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect rights where necessary.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a service agreement, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and business, legal obligations, and consent where consent is required by law.

If you do not provide required booking details, we may not be able to respond properly, reserve a meeting time, or prepare for the discovery call.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only as needed for the purposes in this notice. This may include Thai AI Property team members, Google Appointment Schedule, Google Calendar, and Google Meet for scheduling, hosting and technical service providers, and professional or legal advisers where necessary.

These providers may process data in Thailand or other countries depending on their infrastructure and service configuration. We use service providers for specific business and technical purposes, not to sell personal data.

7. Cookies and local storage

The current website does not intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies. It uses browser localStorage to remember your language preference.

Google may use cookies or similar technologies when you open the Google Appointment Schedule. If analytics, advertising, optional tracking tools, or a custom backend booking/admin system are added later, this notice and any required consent flow should be updated before use.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including enquiry follow-up, meeting management, business administration, security, audit, legal, and dispute-resolution needs.

Booking and enquiry records are expected to be retained for up to 3 years after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Browser localStorage remains on your device until you or your browser remove it. When data is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as appropriate.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

If a personal data breach creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will assess the incident and notify the relevant authority and affected individuals where required by applicable law.

10. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions under applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or anonymization, restriction of use, objection to processing, data portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

You may also raise concerns with the Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent authority. To exercise your rights with us, contact rugbykritsakorn@gmail.com and include enough information for us to identify and respond to your request.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy policy when the website, booking system, service providers, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
